So Project Fat Bastard has started. After having a health screening and getting the results that show Im very low on iron, slightly high on cholesterol and official a fat bastard my new lifestyle change started a week ago today. I have been out on my bike 6 times and am following a realistic diet. FIRST WEEK. LOST 2.5KG’s – 7.5KG’s to go. Goal by the first week of September. It’s funny I’ve struggled with this stuff for years and years but after seeing the results in black and white I feel a new sense of determination to get this shit sorted out once and for all.
